Sacred Space will become home to private experiences, community gatherings and intentional practices designed to support regulation, reflection, reconnection and whole-person wellbeing. Breathwork, somatic practices, meditation, sound, Reiki, movement and other tools may be woven into experiences based on the purpose of the gathering.
